Module I: Core Skills of NLP

The module led by Michael Carroll, offers an in-depth teaching and learning experience of Classic NLP as originally created by John Grinder and Richard Bandler.

During these action packed five days you will learn NLP skills for reading body language, non verbal influence, deep rapport, effective communication, and Classic NLP patterns for change.

Foundation knowledge forms the base for any learning endeavour and paves the way for excellence at the more advanced levels. This module is designed to give you a solid NLP base required for mastering the specialist NLP coaching and New Code NLP skills you will learn in module two.

The learnings from module one have a lifelong application for use across different areas ranging from family communication, to business influence and life leadership. NLP is often referred to as the study of excellence, and this module goes to the core of that principle offering you a unique opportunity to address what has held you back previously and reach for excellence across all life areas.

Module II: New Code NLP for Coaching Excellence

In this module, you will learn the most up to date and current NLP methodology as developed by John Grinder, Carmen Bostic St Clair and Michael Carroll. New Code NLP is radical in its approach to coaching excellence, it works at a pure process blowing out problem states through state optimisation.

John and Carmen teach five days of the course, directly via live stream to our venue in Sesimbra. John and Carmen’s sessions will be delivered in the same style and format as if they were in person teaching. They will deliver their content, set up exercises, and take questions from students. This method proved hugely successful in our 2020 courses.

Michael Carroll teaches two of the learning days on the New Code NLP for Coaching Excellence course and facilitates the evaluation which takes place on the last day of the course, 20 June.

New Code NLP is the leading technology for coaching excellence, and is continually updated by John, Carmen and Michael. In recent years Michael, John, and Carmen have developed specific additional New Code Non - Linear coaching formats, which are interactive models for coaching sessions.
